I went for asthma tests this morning and reacted very strongly to so little solution.
Anyways, I am feeling a tightness in my chest (like, it is harder to breathe, it doesn’t come naturally, but I am not panting or anything).
I’ve taken a puffer about 10 min. but I don’t see a difference. Any home remedies? What’s the next step?
Thanks!

Have you tried steam from an open pot? That works for me.
Have you tried the newest drugs? They worked for my neighbor.
so you had some asthma-test,I know I had one myself TWICE,what was the outcome???Do you have it yes or no,just maybe a slight one,as you might know asthma comes in several gradations from very mild to quite severe….it also can differ like in summer/autumn or when temperatures change drastically….you could have sinusitus in case your nose feels blocked and there are throat/some cough-problems.I recommend to go and see atleast 2 or 3 docs at different hospitals to determine FOR SURE you have asthma.Goodluck
I know the feeling. I have asthma too. The next step would be to either see an asthma specialist, or an allergist. He/she will probably give you, depending on the severity or your asthma, a controller (Advair, or Singulair) to use daily. If it’s allergy triggered, then even allergy medications or allergy shots – cause the ragweed is out and about! They will probably have to experiment with different combinations of medicines, or different dosages. It may take awhile, but in the long run it is totally worth it. Once your asthma is under control, breathing will be so much easier.
Oh and make sure that you find a doctor that takes you seriously. My one doctor told me to run 2 miles everyday, when I could barely make it up a flight of steps! I found a new doctor and I can breathe now!
